Part-time Pastoral Staff Member - Children’s Ministry
We are seeking a part-time children’s ministry staff member within a growing church who will oversee Sunday morning children’s ministry with the opportunity to increase the role based upon church growth and ability.This role will work alongside a church staff team and volunteers, reporting to the Lead Pastor to achieve collaborative ministry goals.

Qualifications
- An individual who demonstrates a strong Christian faith and relationship with Jesus
- An individual who has a passion for children’s/family ministry with 4-5 years of relevant work/volunteer experience
- Must provide 2 professional work references and 1 pastoral reference
- An individual who demonstrates leadership aptitude (capable of leading a team to successfully meet ministry goals)
Preferences
- Relevant ministry or professional education
- Experience overseeing multiple volunteers/teams
