WELCOME
Awana provides a fun community for kids to learn about Jesus through the good news story found within scripture. Participants will learn through bible teaching and scripture memorization. It is also an exciting place for children to make new friends, play games, and receive awards for their achievements. We desire for every child to connect in a meaningful way within a loving community and growing relationship with Jesus.
The Awana program encourages children to experience God by learning His word in a regular and systematic manner. Each group has age-appropriate handbooks for you and your child to work through together. Children are rewarded for remembering God's Word, as they recite their verses with their leaders on a weekly basis.

TIME AND LOCATION
Join us Tuesday Nights @ the Riverbend Community Centre (19 Rivervalley Drive, SE) from 6:30pm to 8:15pm.
The dates for the first semester are September 17 to December 10. We will be starting again after the holiday break in the New Year, January 2020 and planning to end sometime in late April (date still to be determined).
